Couple minutes workout

I had to adjust this one in real time. You don't say, so I did 8 reps in the fourth set. Obviously the pushup jacknifes give you lots of rest in 2 minutes - OK! What gave me trouble was the DB squat thrusters and swings. These sets won't take 100-110 seconds unless you pick a weight close to your one rep max and I'm pretty sure that's not your intention, plus you would never get the swings going into a rhythm. With really big weights my form suffers, especially without a trainer yelling…See More

Shapely legs and stong knees

Hi. Can you give me a good workout/program to shape up my legs and butt while strengthening my knees at the same time. I currently do the spin/interval class 1-2 times a week and tend to have sore knees...

Eat dust total body workout

I ran the 2 miles then did 5 sets of 20 burpees.  Came in a little under 40 minutes but had a tough time embracing the agony.  If you like this one then more power to you - do it again in rubber boots and itchy clothing, be a Seal!See More

Dude it's Friday and I did the Tuesday workout! I am so grounded! Actually I was literally grounded after the third set of pushup jackknifes. It was like being on the planet Jupiter, where the force of gravity is so strong etc etc.

Great move. You can vary the plate and how low you hold it and if you get it just right all the bits of your body fail at the same time. But it reminded me I spent Friday night at the Comfort Inn Fresno and they have bed bugs, I have 2 bites to prove it. Workouts help with the post traumatic stress.

Love these new workouts, I am in pain and love it, growing pains at 53. Did deadlifts today, 245lb. just saying. This time last year I was doing 90lb. Today Brandon did 200lb. more than me, what ever. We can do it. Enjoy the cucaracha moves people, longest 45 seconds ever.
